Prime Connect offers the following inbound options:
- Contact Point – allows you to route calls based on time of day and allows you to route calls depending on the day of the week. In addition, it allows you to redirect calls should the destination number be busy, there is no answer or there is a network problem.
- Contact Path – allows you to route calls dependent on the callers geographic prefix.
- Contact Pro – can contain an IVR Welcome Message and Menu Options and in addition allows callers to queue until their call can be answered. The queue can play customised music and announcements to the caller. (See Professional Voice Recording)
